1. Check Internet Connection / Speed
2. Open the page in an incognito window or disable adblocker and other extensions
3. Close the browser and reopen
4. Try another browser
5. If the video is not playing or buffering at its start time, please wait for 2-3 minutes to rule out if its just a delay.
