On onVIVA, What is the difference between publish date and live date?

Publish date / time : when the event page is published onto the website. So at this point regular viewers can go onto the page and view the event but there will not be any video until the live start time.
Live date / time : when the stream / event is set to start playing live. Depending on the event being published in the first place, viewers on the event page will start seeing the broadcasted video play at the go-live time.
