How do I access a Shared Drive that I don't have permissions to?

If someone does not have access to a certain Shared Drive, they must first bring it up with their PC's (Program Coordinators) first.

The next step would be for the PC's to submit a Freshdesk ticket about the issue and let the IT team resolve it that way.

Please do not DM (direct message) any IT members through slack. Requests must be done through the Freshdesk helpdesk.
