How to submit a ticket request?

- Go to the Help Desk URL
Open the web address for the osTicket help desk. Click “Open a New Ticket”
This is usually a prominent button or link on the homepage.Fill Out the Ticket Form
You’ll typically need to provide:Name
Email address
Help Topic
Subject
Message/Issue Description
Optionally, you can upload attachments (e.g., screenshots, PDFs).
Submit the Ticket
Click the “Submit” or “Create Ticket” button at the bottom of the form.Check Confirmation Email
You should receive a confirmation email with a ticket number and link to check status.
