How to connect and authenticate your existing Slack account to new Email Address?

This is specifically for users who changed or migrated from one email domain to other domain.

To connect the existing Slack Account to the new email address that is to your new Canadian Musicians Gmail account.-:

STEP 1:

You may have received an email from Slack. The email to click is the one with the subject line "[Slack] Google Auth domain changed"

STEP 2:

Open that email and click the green button saying "Authenticate your account"

STEP 3:
After that you'll see a new page giving you two options. Link your accounts or keep your old account

STEP 4:

Choose the option to keep your old account

Note: If you do not see the email please check your spam.
