Your employee agreement form is a document that you need to sign that is your contract of employment at the Co-op. It includes your role, your wage, the hours you work, and how long you will be working for. To find your employee agreement form. You first have to log onto Payworks. Click on Documents on the side and Personal Documents. You can find your employee agreement form here.

You will be taken to a page that looks like the following:

On this page you will find all the documents that you have uploaded and your employee agreement form.

To find your employee agreement form you can either use the search function at the top right corner of the screen and type in Year Non-Artist (if you are working in Admin) or Artist (if you are a musician) Employment Agreement.

For example, pictured above is 2026 Non-Artist Employment Agreement. 

Alternatively, you can scroll through the pages to find your employment agreement form. Using the numbers at the bottom right corner of the screen to flip between the pages until you find it. If you cannot find your employment agreement form, that may mean it has not been uploaded by HR yet and you will need to reach out to a member of HR to get your employment agreement form sent to you.

To download your employment agreement form, click on the document you want to open and click download.
